Village Clerk Laurie Sweeney told the board that the Nov. election had 140 absentee ballots, 51 new registrations and 478 total voters. She reminded trustees that the Budget Hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 18 at 5 p.m. and said the insurance claim for a damaged generator has been paid.
Trustees moved and passed (Tyler/Woods) to approve the bills as presented.
In committee reports, Michaela Woodward said the library has been busy, announced a Saturday turkey bingo that requires advance registration and noted the next Library Board meeting is Nov. 12. During public comment, Jill Leopold, president of the Shiocton Business League, said the Leagues first annual Fall Fest went well and that organizers are exploring a farmers market.
