Public safety roof replacement contract: Council approved a roof replacement contract for the public safety building; staff said the contractor extended the labor warranty from two to five years and included an owner’s contingency of $76,000 that requires city approval before use. Inspection and building‑envelope assurance services (Intertek/Architectural Testing Inc.): Council approved a separate contract with Intertek for inspection and building‑envelope assurance services not to exceed $28,815.
