County aging commission representatives outline services and announce 55+ Lifestyle Expo

Murphy said her division works with programs for the county's 55-and-over population and provided packets describing available services. Kapral described his role after retiring and moving to Earleville and explained he wants to bring information and assistance to local seniors. The minutes state the commission has 13 members who review issues affecting older residents.
The presenters announced the 23rd 55+ Lifestyle Expo is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 7, at Elkton High School in partnership with Cecil College. No funding amounts or county program budgets were provided in the meeting minutes.
