Raze‑order litigation over Storck Street creamery remains pending, RDA told

Administrator Margaret Wilber updated the Slinger Redevelopment Authority on work plan items on Aug. 7 and reported the creamery building on Storck Street remains subject to litigation over a Village raze order.
Wilber said Village staff was informed the property owner has died but that Village legal counsel advised the death should not affect the litigation because the case is against the LLC that owns the property. The matter remains before the Court of Appeals, and the RDA was told staff is awaiting that decision.
Wilber presented the update as part of the RDA’s ongoing work plan review; no new enforcement actions were recorded on the agenda and the RDA took no separate action during the meeting.
