Adding the $93,230 trail feasibility study grant to the remaining $5,000 in that account produces the revised amount shown in the March 10, 2026 revision.
On specific line items, staff explained that account 4410.606 (streets general maintenance) originally included the PMP and will have the $2,140,000 removed until work begins next fiscal year. The administration also combined the original admin professional services line with the trail grant to produce a revised professional services figure. During council discussion, members asked about revenue recognition (noting fire‑related pass‑through revenue had exceeded estimates in account 3422) and staff said some large variances reflect pass‑through reimbursements or permit‑driven workloads.
Council moved, seconded and carried the ordinance on a roll call vote; the roll call recorded affirmative responses for Council members Malkovich, Johns, Hutchings, Roden and Lund. The ordinance revises account totals and directs staff to incorporate the changes into the current fiscal tracking and next year’s presentation.
