Board elects Anthony Tussig president and Grace Kelly vice president

The board then welcomed the new officers; Tussig thanked colleagues for their support, saying he was honored to "assume this role" and vowed to "not let anybody down." The board also expressly thanked outgoing president Peter McCann for his year of service.
The board noted three members were absent: Antonello, Debbie Brown and Bedell. Members tabled the appointment of board committees until the next meeting and approved a consent agenda covering numerous items.
The swearing-in was announced to occur shortly, and the board moved on to regular business. The meeting adjourned at the close of the agenda with no executive session held.
