Minutes vote: Chair Mary Flynn asked for a motion to approve certified transcripts of the March meetings. Planning Board member Tom Sinovich moved the motion and Mary Lidecker seconded. By roll call the board recorded all full members voting in favor and approved the minutes.
Extension vote (PB 315): Staff reported the applicant had supplied a statutory waiver and requested more time to address issues raised at the March hearing. The chair appointed Associate Dan Anderson to sit on the case for the extension vote. Ted Cohen moved to grant the extension; Ashley Tan seconded. With Tom Sinovich recused from this matter, the seven appointed members voted yes by roll call to approve the extension; the new deadline for hearing and decision is Sept. 30, 2025.
Why it matters: The extension preserves the planning board's ability to hear remaining materials and for the applicant to respond to staff and board comments. The board directed staff to record and post the extension and to schedule a continued hearing date.
