Clerk reports finances stable; HR to review employee handbook, branding kickoff set for March 20

Brittany Halvorson, Village Clerk/Treasurer, told the Admin Committee that the Village is doing well financially but noted one missing transaction that she has been unable to identify; she has contacted the IRS for clarification.
Committee members discussed employee handbook updates and were told that department heads have already met with the HR representative, who will review the handbook and provide recommendations for revisions.
Amanda Rydel, a committee member, reported that Tony from the Blu Group is coordinating with the Village on the website work; Blu Group is wrapping up two other projects and anticipates a branding kickoff on March 20. The clerk also previewed upcoming website upgrades that will include integration of the HeyGov app.
No formal personnel policy changes, budget votes or contractual approvals were recorded during the meeting.
