Boyceville board approves bills, minutes and per diems; names Sonya Zebro president pro tempore

Jonathan Farrell moved to approve fourth‑quarter 2025 per diems with a correction related to Jo Dormanen; Sonya Zebro seconded and the motion carried.
The board also filled a leadership vacancy by appointing Sonya Zebro as president pro tempore; Jonathan Farrell moved the appointment and Brad Stevens seconded. The motion carried. The minutes list no contested nominations or recorded roll‑call votes for these items.
