The Village of Boaz Board of Trustees completed an audit of the village's 2025 financial records for the General Account and the Sewer Utility Account at a special audit meeting on Jan. 22 at the Boaz Community Building.
President Jean Nicks called the meeting to order at 12:54 p.m. The meeting notice was posted at the Boaz Community Building and online at https://boazwi.gov/meetings, and the minutes state that local news media The Richland Observer and The Sunlight Report were notified.
According to the minutes, the audit of the 2025 General Account and the Sewer Utility Account was completed; a copy of the audit checklist is included as the next two pages of the minutes. After that business, Trustee Judy Adrian moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:16 p.m.; Trustee Kathy Hansen seconded the motion, which carried.
The minutes were submitted by Clerk/Treasurer Kaela Townsend. No further actions or votes on ordinances or budget items were recorded in the minutes from the special audit meeting.
