"For a temporary use request, they're kind of asking to vary some of that," the planning staff member said, then summarized three recommended conditions: submit any amended materials at least five business days before the village board meeting, obtain sign‑off in writing or verbally from the fire chief, police chief and building inspector before final approval, and limit outdoor music to end by 11 p.m. with patrons cleared from the outdoor parking area by 11:30 p.m.
Staff noted the application was sparse and asked the commission to ensure fencing/gates, restroom locations, waste collection plans, first‑aid stations and a lighting/parking plan are included on any site plan or supplemental materials submitted before the village board considers the request.
Commissioners indicated they would leave final inspection authorizations to the fire, police and building officials and that staff and the village clerk should receive required sign‑offs before the event.
