Brownsville board grants variance allowing four dogs at 977 Pine Ridge Court

Trustee John F. Pesch moved and Trustee Philip Bloohm seconded a motion to grant a variance permitting the four currently licensed dogs at the dwelling to remain. The board approved the motion on a roll-call vote, 4-aye.
The variance was presented during the public hearing portion of the meeting; the minutes record that the Village Clerk documented attendance. The action preserves the household’s existing licensing status and does not appear to change licensing requirements villagewide.
The board proceeded with other agenda items after the vote and adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
