The Village of Bloomington Finance & Purchase Committee voted unanimously on Sept. 30 to move into a closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of a public employee.
Village President Robert McLimans made the motion to enter closed session and committee member Dawn Drew seconded it; the transcript records that "all were in favor" and the motion carried. After the closed session the committee reconvened in open session by a motion from McLimans, seconded by Dennis Moris; again the record shows all in favor.
The public record provided does not disclose the subject matter or outcome of the closed-session discussion. Following the reconvening, McLimans asked for future agenda items; none were suggested. McLimans then moved to adjourn the meeting, Moris seconded, and the committee adjourned with a unanimous voice vote.
