Planning Commission forwards 10-year capital improvement plan to County Council

Vice-Chair Lisa Whitaker moved and Tracy Walsh seconded a motion on Dec. 11 to forward Edgefield County's 10-year capital improvement plan to County Council for consideration. The motion passed unanimously (5-0).
Chairman James Burt said the commission will continue to work on the plan with county staff and encouraged continued public engagement during the council review process. No further discussion or amendments were recorded at the meeting.
The commission's recommendation will be transmitted to County Council for its consideration and any subsequent actions.
