Trustees propose short extensions for two motel licenses pending follow-up

Trustees asked about the enforcement process if a license is denied; a staff member outlined a coded hearing process under the local code that allows the business a hearing before the board and subsequent appeal to court if denied. No final votes were taken during the work session; staff said resolution language would appear on the regular meeting agenda.
