After executive session, Estill council cancels Bull Durham contract extension and refers utility-billing disputes to the town attorney

Each motion to take the recorded actions passed 4-0.
Mayor Kirley Kim Wiley recognized council members when taking the votes; motions were made by Councilwoman Dwanda Bolden and seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Tammy Solomon or Councilman Joe N.
