The superintendent said the intention is to emphasize a smaller set of priorities the district can execute well and to bring a final draft to a November meeting for approval.
George Williams / village planning note: Administrators also flagged a joint village planning commission meeting about proposed changes at the George Williams site; they said community members raised concerns that a plan presented publicly might involve demolishing 75–80% of existing buildings and enlarging the amphitheater. The district plans to move the Dec. 9 board meeting earlier so trustees can attend the village discussion if desired.
