The award is expressly conditioned on the contractor furnishing required insurance certificates, labor and materials/performance bonds, a Project Manning Report (AA201), and executed AIA contract forms within ten days of award.
Board documents instruct the board attorney to draft the final agreement consistent with the bid terms and authorize the Board President and Board Secretary/Business Administrator to execute the agreement and any documents necessary to effectuate the contract. The resolution includes the board’s certification that the resolution was adopted at the July 15 meeting.
