Williams Bay student Bradley Galvin places second at FBLA nationals in economics

The Williams Bay School District board recognized Bradley Galvin on July 22 after he placed second in the economics event at the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) national competition in Orlando.
Dr. White introduced Galvin and said the district provided funds so the student could compete at nationals. Galvin told the board he placed second among about 200 competitors in his event and was awarded $300 by the organization. He thanked his advisor, Miss Durkin, and the board for financial support; a board member noted the achievement sets a high standard for the program.
Board members offered congratulations and encouraged continued district support for FBLA moving forward.
