Separately, staff noted a corrected MVE reimbursement form from Gateway: Hayden had previously submitted 2024 exemptions in the wrong module; the filing has been corrected and approved by DOR.
The board reviewed deeds for April 2025 and approved routine monthly lists of property and excise tax abatements for April and statutory exemptions for May. The meeting concluded with a unanimous vote to adjourn and enter executive session to deliberate on pending abatement and exemption applications; the board will not reconvene in open session.
