Board memorializes conflict-planner payment, defers SAKS Properties hearing to Jan. 9

At its Dec. 12 meeting the Green Township Land Use Board voted to memorialize payment to Conflict Planner Paul Gleitz and moved the SAKS Properties application (LU#2309) to Jan. 9, 2025; minutes from Aug. 8 were approved and absent members were excused.
The Green Township Land Use Board carried several administrative items at its Dec. 12 meeting. Members voted unanimously to memorialize the services of Paul Gleitz as Conflict Planner so the chief financial officer can process a recently received invoice for his March attendance. The roll call for that resolution recorded all present members voting in favor.
The board also approved the minutes of its Aug. 8, 2024 meeting and voted to excuse absent members. The SAKS Properties application (LU#2309, Block 35 Lot 8 at 57 Decker Pond Road) was continued to the Jan. 9, 2025 meeting at the Green Township Fire House at 7 p.m., according to the clerk’s notice.
These administrative votes were taken without substantive discussion and carried by voice/roll call where recorded.
