Rolla commission approves preliminary plat for 44‑lot Audubon Ridge subdivision

The Rolla Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously on Nov. 10, 2025, to approve the preliminary plat for Audubon Ridge, a multi‑family residential subdivision that would create 44 lots and one outlot in the R‑3 (multifamily residential) district.
