On Feb. 17 the Greenwich Township Committee approved Resolution No. 2-18-2026 appointing township officials and board members, including the appointment listed in the minutes of Kathy Goodwin as a Class IV Planning/Zoning Board member with a term expiring Dec. 31, 2028 (unexpired term).
The meeting recorded no RFP responses for snow plowing; Mayor Orr directed that the snow-plowing RFP be readvertised. The Committee unanimously approved the mowing RFP award to Terry Griffin on a motion by Deputy Mayor Reinhart seconded by Mayor Orr.
Deputy Mayor Reinhart reported that a generator previously authorized for sale does not run and that the sale price will be reduced to $1,000; CFO Amy Colaneri was assigned to send the updated price to GovDeal for listing. The Committee also reviewed and approved payment of bills totaling $552,855.37.
Public commenter Kathy Barndt asked whether the Township is compliant with new regulations for the State Registry for Public Notices; she was advised the township is working on compliance. With no further business, the Committee adjourned.
