The board reconvened into public session at 9:30 p.m.; that motion was made by Mrs. Heather Ellersick and seconded by Mrs. Maureen McGuire, and the reconvening likewise recorded unanimous votes from members present. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m. after a motion by Mrs. Amy Jones and seconded by Mrs. Maureen McGuire.
The board's closed-session minutes will remain confidential until the need for confidentiality no longer exists, the board said. No substantive details of the litigation or personnel matters were disclosed in public session.
