The board also approved a professional-services agreement with Parette Somjen Architects for the septic-tank project, a flat fee totaling $6,000 plus reimbursable expenses for information gathering, schematic design, applications, construction documents and related tasks.
For site improvements, the board approved a proposal with Servo Pro to remove three glass panels and replace the opening with sheetrock for $5,212.28, and a BRG Corp contract to install a teller window and blackout film for $11,288.00, both identified as funded through capital-reserve budget items for the vestibule project. Separately, the board awarded Hannon Floors $21,721 for removal and replacement/installation of stair nose edging and risers on the stage.
