EPIC board swears in new treasurer and assistant treasurer, amends bylaws and grants counsel settlement authority

Separately, the board voted to amend the amended and restated bylaws of Community Strategies, Inc. to permit the current board chair to serve one additional term in the event the next-in-line cannot serve; the motion passed with one abstention recorded by the chair.
Following a closed executive session to discuss ongoing court cases and personnel matters, the board voted in open session to approve employment of individuals listed in the agenda attachment for 2026–27 and to give the general counsel authority to settle the cases listed in the agenda item if needed. Meeting minutes state no votes were taken during the executive session itself.
