The board unanimously approved Variance 2025‑17, allowing Krystjan and Megan Callahan to erect a pavilion with an accompanying chimney at 3 Foxfield Court in the Residential (R‑1) zone.
The applicants appeared at the Oct. 20 hearing and presented testimony addressing neighborhood characteristics, structural integrity and health and safety considerations. Zoning Hearing Officer Chelsea Leiby confirmed that required legal notices were published or posted. No members of the public offered comment on the application.
After executive session for quasi‑judicial deliberations, Board Member James Hall moved to approve the variance; Board Member Darrell McMillan seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The approval allows the Callahans to pursue building permits consistent with the variance and applicable township regulations.
