Moultonborough ZBA approves May minutes and two Notices of Decision for SLPHQ LLC

The board voted to approve the Notice of Decision for the variance application and authorized the Vice Chair to sign and staff to mail it to the applicant and agent (motion by Michael Mills; second by Nicholas DeMeo). The board then approved the Notice of Decision for the special exception application and authorized signature and mailing (motion by Nicholas DeMeo; second by David McDonough). Both motions passed unanimously.
