Rolfe council schedules full walkthrough with Western Insurance before insurer decision

The motion to arrange the walkthrough carried, recorded in the minutes as “All ayes.” Council also recorded that approving a related resolution was tabled; the transcript does not record a vote on that resolution or specify who moved to table it.
The council noted the next deadline in the budget process is March 5, 2025. The insurance review was scheduled to return to the council at its March 10 meeting for further decision-making.
