Councilmember Aaron Cox moved to adopt Resolution #751, and Councilmember Lana Pratt seconded. The council took a roll-call vote: Pratt, Cox, Dan Allen, Rob Jackson and Al Minkler voted aye. The motion carried by a 5-0 vote, formally adopting the FY26 budget.
After the budget was adopted, Cox moved and Pratt seconded a motion to adjourn; the council approved the adjournment by unanimous vote and ended the meeting at 5:33 p.m. The printed minutes show the document was attested by City Clerk Brandi Henderson.
The action completes the council's formal adoption of the FY26 spending plan; the resolution number recorded in the minutes is Resolution #751.
