The board also approved the presented claims document by voice vote.
In public comment, audience member Clifford Weidiger asked whether the city would pay a resident to perform stormwater drain work on private property. Staff replied the city can consider partial reimbursement only if a neighborhood group applies and neighbors give permission for any work crossing property lines.
Next steps: staff to execute vehicle purchase documents, place the surplus Jeep for auction, and file the accepted O&M manual as part of operations records.
