Eunice board authorizes two property purchases pending appraisal totaling $170,000

Separately, a motion by Alderman Randall Reed, seconded by Alderwoman Connie Thibodeaux, carried to authorize the mayor to purchase ten acres on West Ash Avenue, fronting 500 feet, for $75,000 pending a final appraisal.
The minutes do not specify the intended municipal uses for either property, funding sources for the purchases, closing timelines, or the appraised values that will be required to finalize the transactions.
