Building Commission maintains FY26 space rental rates, releases small‑projects funding and seeks $32 million SEG‑REV transfer request to BTF

Small Projects release: Commissioners approved release of $10,882,000 from SEG REV All Agency allocations to Small Project allocations and $2,000,000 from Building Trust Fund allocations to Small Projects. Representative Jill Billings moved the item; Representative Robert Wittke seconded. Motion recorded as carried.
SEG REV release request to Building Trust Fund: The commission authorized the Department of Administration to request that the Joint Committee on Finance release $32,000,000 SEG REV from a supplemental appropriation to the Building Trust Fund account for preliminary planning of future projects. Representative Jill Billings moved the request; Representative Rob Swearingen seconded. Motion carried (8-0-0).
