Applicant Robert Connor presented a site plan showing the proposed lean-to would be outside the flood zone. Planner Jessica Hill asked Connor to provide a PDF copy of the site plan for town records. Charles Morehead moved first to discuss the request and later moved to approve the lean-to; Melissa McWright seconded the approval and all present voted in favor.
The commission’s decision clears the zoning review step discussed at the meeting; the planner noted the town will keep the site plan on file. No conditions or variances were recorded in the minutes.
