Mark said Southlake Academy has completed drainage work for its townhouse project but is resolving a few conflicts as it moves into Phase 3 approvals. He reported that "Alta Altais Cannabis" on New Street is in punch-list and landscaping stages and is expected to seek a certificate of occupancy soon. The Chick‑fil‑A project is making progress, but the engineer said the contractor is awaiting a county road opening permit before sewer and water can cross the county road; the Warren sewer authority will perform taps once the permit is issued.
The engineer closed by noting coordination continues between contractors, the county, and borough departments to wrap up remaining items.
