The commission agreed it would not hold a hearing without the applicant present and set the continuation for Aug. 4.
A motion to accept the continuance was made, seconded and carried by roll call. Staff asked attendees who did not provide phone numbers to share them with staff in case scheduling or details change before the resumed hearing.
