The Readstown Village Board convened April 17, 2025, at the Village Office and swore in newly elected village leaders, installing Clark as village president and seating trustees Payne, Nash and Gander.
The swearing-in was recorded as part of the meeting’s opening proceedings after a 5:00 p.m. call to order and confirmation that notice was properly posted. The board’s roll call showed Trustees Gander, Nash, Swenson, Payne and Clark present; Howell was absent.
Later in the meeting President Clark moved to change the trustees listed on the village’s bank accounts; Trustee Payne seconded. The motion passed, with Trustee Nash abstaining. The minutes do not list individual recorded vote tallies beyond noting the abstention.
