He described the expected planting areas — two maritime hammock planting zones and two salt marsh areas — and noted that vegetative plantings are still establishing and will look fuller over time.
Committee members discussed logistics for a site walk and were told David Tonoco from the water department is expected to join to provide technical details on site. The walk was described as a short, non‑mandatory few‑minute stroll at the conclusion of the meeting.
