The Village of Rib Lake on Sept. 11 approved a $56,443 amendment to its 2024 budget to shift funds into public-works, senior-center and park accounts. The measure, Resolution No. 10/2024, was moved by Trustee Marschke and seconded by Trustee Jones; the motion carried.
The resolution itemized reallocations that include $14,107 for snowplowing, $27,108 for street projects, $2,000 for Park & Rec and $1,320 for celebration and décor. Several entries listed Senior Center allocations that together total $11,392 (recorded in the resolution text as separate line items).
