The Town of Scarborough Zoning Board of Appeals approved the written decision and findings of fact for filed appeal 2801 at its July 8 meeting.
A committee member moved to accept the June 10 minutes and then, after the chair introduced the action item, the same or another committee member moved to approve the written decision and findings of fact for filed appeal 2801. The motion was seconded, and the board approved the document by roll call.
"I move we accept them," said a committee member when putting the motion to approve the written decision. The chair called for the roll and each member voted in favor; the board recorded support from David Bork, Peter Freilinger, Richard Sultman, Joe Doherty and Michelle Stevenson.
The approval finalizes the board's written findings for the appeal as presented to members. The chair said the written decision had been circulated in staff's final draft before the meeting and no member raised further edits during the discussion.
No further procedural steps were announced during the meeting for this item.
