Montague Committee approves routine resolutions including deer carcass removal, software support and transfers

At the Dec. 9 meeting the Montague Township Committee approved a set of routine resolutions by roll call vote.
Resolutions approved included a refund due to tax overpayment (Res. 2025-102), outside lien redemptions and revisions (Res. 2025-103 and 2025-105), a 2026 deer carcass removal service agreement (Res. 2025-104), computer software support and maintenance for 2026 (Res. 2025-106) which increased $1,052.96 over last year, a transfer resolution moving $1,123.94 between departmental line items (Res. 2025-107), a Kyocera copier service agreement for Dec. 1, 2025–Nov. 30, 2026 (Res. 2025-108), and temporary stipends to cover Code Enforcement and Zoning Officer administrative duty coverage (Res. 2025-109, 2025-110). All passed unanimously by roll call.
