City manager reports updates on Pocket Park, Highbank Apartments, water project and MRH talks

Schneider listed the Pocket Park project, the Highbank Apartments under construction behind Leppink’s, the J&H Gas Station project, and a new City Welcome Sign planned between Wendy’s and Choice One Bank. He told commissioners the city’s water service line project will continue this spring and is expected to be completed by late summer. Schneider also said the city has had initial conversations with a potential developer about the first phase of the Muskegon River Holdings (MRH) project but that no agreements have been finalized.
