Rockdale board approves minutes and financial reports; flood‑plain ordinance discussion tabled

The Sewer Clerk report and sewer bank reconciliations were approved on recorded motions and carried 4-0.
The police report noted no tickets issued in September. A proposed new flood plain ordinance was discussed and the board tabled further action. The meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
