Kaul moved, and Commissioner L. Schroeder seconded, to rezone Lot 101 and Lot 103 from CR to R-4; that motion carried. The commission subsequently moved (motion by Commissioner L. Schroeder; second by Commissioner M. Clark) and carried a rezoning of Lot 157 and the adjoining Lot 1 (the latter identified in the packet as owned by Bobbi Groth and Joseph Schlichenmeyer) from CR to R-4.
The agenda also listed a proposed rezoning of the Warrens Area Fire District property from Residential (R-1) to Business (B), a proposal to rezone properties around Unity Drive from CR to Business (B), and a single-property rezoning from CR to R-1; those items were presented for public hearing consideration and map updates but the transcript records them as listed matters rather than recorded motions or final votes during this meeting.
