The CMAR, completed annually for review by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), was adopted by motion of J. Krultz and seconded by M. Clark; the motion carried. The commission then approved the 2023 final audit draft and financial statements by motion of M. Clark, seconded by N. Van Wychen; that motion also carried. Tonna Claussen, village clerk, said she will email a copy of the final budget to members when it is received from CLA.
The proposed rolling (tolling) budget was reviewed and approved on a motion by N. Van Wychen, seconded by M. Clark. The commission also approved transfer and payment of bills for 2025; that motion was made by N. Van Wychen and seconded by B. Leis and carried.
