Jackson County commissioners approve contract amendments and purchase orders for case management, CASA training and road maintenance supplies

Jackson County commissioners unanimously approved five board orders in a single meeting on June 17, authorizing contract amendments and purchase orders across several county programs.
The board approved Order No. 140-26 to authorize Amendment No. 1 to the county services contract with Leymon Research, LLC, expanding the contractor’s scope in the Jail Release Resource Program to include researching, procuring and implementing a case management software to be used by multiple county departments and community partners. County Administrator Danny Jordan said funding for the amendment will come from the State of Oregon Criminal Justice Commission grant program titled Improving People's Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports, and Services.
The board also approved Order No. 141-26 to authorize Amendment No. 1 to the contract with CASA of Jackson County, Inc., to provide volunteer training on opioid-use impacts, prevention, intervention, harm reduction, treatment and recovery aimed at supporting the long-term well-being of children.
Separately, Purchase Order No. 87253 (Order No. 142-26) with DLT Solutions, LLC was approved to provide technical support and software updates for Jackson County’s EnterpriseOne accounting, payroll and human resources system; Jordan noted DLT is the billing agent for Oracle America, Inc. The board approved two procurement orders under Oregon state contract for the Roads and Parks Department: Order No. 143-26 with Ennis‑Flint, Inc., to buy paint for roadway striping and Order No. 144-26 with Potters Industries LLC to buy glass beads to enhance reflectivity on newly striped roads.
Every motion to approve each order passed with the three commissioners voting aye. The actions were recorded as routine procurement and grant-funded contract expansions; no public testimony or objections were recorded during consideration.
