Councilmember Kyzer moved to approve the amendment, Councilmember Simms seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
What it means: The amendment preserves existing intergovernmental arrangements and preferred pricing for a service the town said it rarely uses but retains for contingency and cost-savings.
