Commission cleans up BZA language, sets staggered terms to align with current membership

The draft amendment sets four-year terms for members with an initial staggering: three of the seven appointed for two-year terms ending Dec. 15, 2026, and four appointed for four-year terms ending Dec. 15, 2028.
A motion to recommend approval was made, seconded and carried by voice vote.
