Karen Coyne was elected chair of the Warner Planning Board at the group’s April 6 meeting after a roll-call vote. Barak Greene nominated Coyne; James Gaffney seconded the nomination and the board recorded affirmative votes.
Coyne then nominated Barak Greene for vice chair, a nomination seconded by John Leavitt; the board again voted by roll call to confirm Greene as vice chair. The board briefly discussed whether Bob Holmes is a full voting member following recent Select Board appointments; Chair Coyne said the Select Board planned to clarify appointments at its Wednesday meeting.
The elections conclude the board’s organizational agenda for the year. No changes to staffing or committee structure were adopted at the meeting; Coyne said the Select Board will address outstanding appointment questions.
