Terry Mountford nominated the slate, which named Bob Schultz chair, Terry Mountford vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill assistant secretaries. The nomination was seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, and the resolution was adopted “with all in favor,” recorded in the minutes as a unanimous board action.
Cleo Adams, serving as the meeting notary, administered the Oath of Office earlier in the meeting to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). The board was reminded of required ethics training, Form 1 filing and Form 8B voting- conflict procedures; staff will add the ethics training deadline to the Key Activity Dates list.
The resolution leaves prior administrative appointments in place, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams and Craig Wrathell in assistant secretary/treasurer roles as previously recorded in the district’s records.
